HeraMED Limited, a medical data and technology company leading the digital transformation of maternity care, is pleased to announce that the first Fond customer, Snap Inc has gone live with the HeraCARE program to its 7,000 employees and their families.
On 1 June 2023, HeraMED announced that it had signed a Strategic Partnership with Fond, the global SaaS platform that consolidates employee rewards and recognition processes on behalf of their corporate clients.

The Strategic Partnership in detail
HeraMED has signed a Strategic Partnership with Fond, a global SaaS platform that consolidates employee rewards and recognition processes into an easy-to-use solution. Fond was approached by Snap Inc requesting HeraCARE be added to the Fond platform as a way for them to provide improved maternity care for their employees and their family members. Snap Inc is a California-based, global social media company with over 7,000 employees Promotions to staff about the HeraMED solution are being done by email blasts and newsletters. The HeraMED solution will be offered to all employees, and it will also be extended to their partners and up to five family members.
The intention of this enterprise agreement is to allow Fond to add HeraCARE to all the employees of their corporate customers including partners and family members.
In addition to the Fond enterprise agreement, HeraMED entered into an agreement with Entrustia Health, to provide Obstetrics and Gynaecology support to those pregnant women using HeraCARE through the Fond agreement. Entrustia Health’s obstetricians and clinicians will be responsible for coordinating care and support. While HeraCARE is paid for upfront directly to HeraMED, virtual care revenue received as part of this process will be managed and shared between Entrustia and the employee’s obstetrician.
